Question: What are rocker arms and what do they do? If I have 3 of them that the button thing is stuck and won't come back out do I have to buy a compleat set or can I just replace those 3 and be alright?James R. / Jan 25, 2021 / 1995 Nissan PickupRocker Arm - Direct Fit, Sold Individually
Hi James, As per checking, a rocker arm (in the context of an internal combustion engine of automotive, marine, motorcycle and reciprocating aviation types) is an oscillating lever that conveys radial movement from the cam lobe into linear movement at the poppet valve to open it. I recommend reaching out to your local dealership parts department. They may be able to help.
