Geee what a great idea: a 3 pack of oxygen sensors for my 1998 S10 ZR2 - which has three O2 sensors. Genius. I had never changed out these units in over 207k miles so I figured it couldn't hurt. After installation I fired 'r up and 15 seconds later the service engine light on the dash finally went out. Idiot light had been on more than a year but my truck ran ok. It runs BETTER now! Engine response is a bit more snappy and fuel mileage should increase. APW has the best prices, orders are accurate and ship FAST! Thank You APW. I continue to be a satisfied APW customer

Item purchased stated brand new $213, not OEM, not REFURB, but as soon as it was started, it gave a very loud whirling sound (like you were inside an airplane & hearing the whirl hum of the engine jets). Sound didnt dissipate at all as it was constant. People stared at the car as we started it up & drove by. We returned & got another identical replacement and I asked for a discount for the inconvenience & they said they would give $19.75 off but we never got the credit & the new alt did the very same thing only the sound dissipated slightly when the engine warmed up. We just returned that one & now awaiting $420 back. Ended up buying another brand new alt at a local Schucks for $235 with a 3 yr warranty & it installed like a charm & without a stir or stare. All in all these 2 transactions have taken over 36 days & still awaiting credit from the 1st returned alternator, let alone the 2nd which is currently in transit back." 12567104,9/30/2009,APPROVED,320741,S730121,,Hobe,"Main line , PA
