Hi,
The fitment information "With 16 in. or 17 in. Wheels" means that this will only work for those size of wheels for GXP and not the 18 inches.

Hi,
Upon checking, we currently don't carry a loaded strut assembly to fit the models with 18" rims. We only have them available for the 16" and 17" wheels.
