Process was easy and pain free :)
The only issue was the delivery status. Which said package had been delivered that morning,
but it actually had not. We checked. Later that evening the package was delivered.
It was a concern to us at the time. Enough to only rate the service '4 Star' instead of '5 Star'.
We were considering the possibilities - Porch Pirates, Delivery misquoted by Delivery driver,
Possibility package delivered to wrong address. (Which I suspect was the most reasonable option).
However, I would say that it is highly likely that I would use your service to order a part again.

Hello! Does it work consistently on the highest setting? If so, your blower motor resistor could be failing. If not, then it does sound like your blower motor may be failing.
