It was an exact fit (mostly) for my 2009 Dodge RAM 1500. I had to drill 4 holes larger for bigger push pins that my original bumper had, but that was all. It arrived in perfect shape. I was replacing a pitted painted bumper with this chrome bumper. It really looks sharp.

This part should fit your 2009 SLT 4x4. Mopar does not show a different bumper for a 4x4. If you search Mopar using your VIN number, then go to parts and bumper, look for the chrome bumper, the OEM part number should be 68088188AA. Note: The this bumper does not come with mounting brackets.
