We left the bumper sit for a week and the crease from shipping went away. The installation was easy and we did not have to remove the tires, just turned the wheels away from the side we were working on. Bumper looks good and the price was right.

Answered by Arnel E. / Tue, Jan 04I purchased this for my sons truck. It was a heavy plastic that came primed and ready to paint. This is the exact same material as the OEM that was on the truck. It comes rolled up, just need to unroll and let it lay out in a warm place and it will be ready to paint.

Answered by Jimmy H. / Tue, Jan 04It is plastic and I don’t think they make one in metal, even the original on the truck is plastic. It is already primed so you just need to sand it a little with 600grit and paint.

This bumper cover is primed finish. This is with smooth surface, not textured. We don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the shade of your paint.
