The bumper fit perfectly and came with the mounting brackets and lights. I did not measure the thickness but it seems to be slightly lighter than the stock bumper which is merely a decoration anyway.

Hi Mark,
As per checking, this will not fit the 2019 Ram 1500 Bighorn 8 cylinder fitment. This is only up to 2018 fitment. Unfortunately, we do not carry the correct rear step bumper for your 2019 Ram bighorn.
