No, these are just the handles. It will not include the lock cylinder of the door.

Your key phob communication is between the vehicle antenna and your key phob. So...not necessary for new key fob. Key phob is electornic between vehicle and you and does not affect the door key cylinder. You will need to install the current key lock cylinder into the the part you would receive. All worked out for me.

Your existing lock cylinder is installed in the new handle. Your old key fob continues to communicate with your current vehicle and is not part of your key lock cylinder.

No. Reuse yours with the new handle and you’re good to go. This handle doesn’t come with new key lock cylinder

I used these on my 2017 2500 Bighorn & it was a perfect fit. They've been on over a year & still have zero problems with them. Just don't drop any hardware inside the door or you'll need a pickup tool or someone with skinny arms. Door handles look amazing. I got these because they are not glossy finish. Well worth the work!!
