Hi John, I'm pleased to assist you. No, it does not come with a fuel filter. The fuel filter is a separate component located in the fuel line. There is a strainer (like a filter) that is part of the fuel-sending unit, and that one is included. This is a complete fuel pump assembly with the fuel-sending unit and pressure sensor.
