The VDO blower appears to be a good quality replacement to the OEM, however the blower was not internally wired with the same polarity as the OEM in my 2011 Grand Vitara, which resulted in the blower to run in reverse. Simptom was, yielding very low air movement even as the blower sounded as to be on high. Visually the blower was indeed turning backwards (clockwise) making the squirl cage inefficent.
No need to return the blower nor assume it is defective, as the simple fix was to just reverse the pins in the connector plug on the vehicle side. The blower now circulates adequate air equivalent to oem.

Upon checking, we do not carry parts for the 1.6L of the 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara Trakka. The submodels we have are only Base, Luxury, and XSport 2.7L, no Trakka.
