Hello, it's possible that the windshield wiper stalk is wiring is faulty, causing inconsistent functionality. Visually inspect as much wiring as you can, and see if the wipers turn on while touching/moving any of the wiring to see if the wipers turn on. Hopefully it's an easy fix!
