The part number difference shows L and R with a dash C, which only meant you are getting a set of 4 pcs, 2 quick struts fior the front and 2 rear shock absorbers for the rear, The L and R denotes driver and passenger side. Any of the 2 part number you will getting the exact same OEM factory specs suspension for your selected vehicle application. Basically it is the same and price is also the same.
