Hi Sarin, thanks for initiating contact. It is not uncommon for some vehicles, including the 2015 Lexus RX350, to have fog lights that do not have easily replaceable bulbs. For the RX350, the fog lights are often integrated into the assembly, meaning that if the fog light itself is out, you might need to replace the entire fog light unit rather than just the bulb.
