Part arrived on time ,actually a day early . Perfect piece of glass. If I have one gripe it's the lack of backing to mount it . But I managed with a little ingenuity .

Hi Michael, I'm glad to assist you. No, it does not come with an adhesive. The mirror glass is pushed and locked in place to the mirror assembly motor base.
