Answered by Arnel E. / Wed, Mar 01Looks like someone already answered this for you. But No, it doesn't. I ordered this because I only needed the forward end to replace that typical rust area all the way through the rocker panel. This is also a lighter gauge material than what was in the rocker panel. Plus I had to add in about a one inch strip to cover the whole area as it did not butt up against or overlap the new rocker panel. Kind of a pain but it worked.
