Yes. It is in smooth finish black and paintable to the color of your choice if you decide to have it painted.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Fri, Mar 19Yes it is. Please note the mirror housing is fine and it works fine, however the glass has a bad distortion to it. That distortion does effect your vision. Makes everything slightly smaller and a pulled look. Also for some reason, everything is darker making night driving hard. Could just be the one I received. Best wishes
