I received the tailgate on schedule as promised. The shipper/s appeared to have dropped, it on its end one or more times, creating sizable dents on both corners. I called <a href="http://Carparts.com" target="_blank">Carparts.com</a> and was greeted by a very polite, professional and knowledgeable employee. I explained the issue and in very little time the issue was resolved. A week later I received a new undented tailgate.
