It took me a bit to find a service mechanic who was willing to put in the time to replace these lights (he had to take off the bumper). However the lights are great. From what I gathered, they were easy to install and were the perfect fit. Thanks to <a href="http://Carparts.com" target="_blank">Carparts.com</a> for having these available.

Hi Marcy, I'm glad to help you out. Upon checking the photo, there are 3 bulbs. Maybe you're just not seeing it properly from the angle. Toyota only made 2 designs for the headlight on the 2012 Prius. They are with LED and without LED. If you don't have LED, then this is the correct part.
