Fit as advertised. All options work great. Toyota wanted $450.00 + for a new mirror.
Took the black cover off and used my original equipment cover which was white.

Part was exactly as advertised. Same part from Toyota dealer would have been hundred of dollars more. Only issue was the plastic seal inside the mounting housing did not fit exactly into the housing. Had to trim a small piece of plastic off to make it fit tightly. See attached pictures.
