Everything fits perfectly on my 2007 Rav4. Only thing that I didn't like, is that the company doesn't include the rivets/retaining clips. That's the whole reason why the splash guard is falling apart.

No, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
