Everything was just great, accept when I asked the a I bot about saying my delivery had been delivered, and it hadn't, it just told me to ask my neighbors. I just gave it a few more days, and it arrived.

It took me less than five minutes to install. Just pull the top of the old mirror to unsnap the tabs, then pull the bottom tab. Reverse this and it’s installed.

I liked the customer care, but am not happy with the product, because I believe it is defective.Passenger Side Mirror Glass, Non-Heated, No Blind Spot Feature

Unfortunately, the mirror I received only had one attachment to the car. I learned from a mechanic that they are supposed to come with at least two places to attach and they are usually color coded to the inside wires. I was also informed it will probably fall off, due to only one attachment. Pauline Horvath

Hi Steve, I'm glad to assist you. Not really, anybody can install or replace a mirror glass of his car/vehicle. Please refer to a vehicle-specific service repair manual or a DIY online video-sharing website with car parts install tutorials (e.g., YouTube/Dailymotion). I hope this helps!
