Hi Mark,
This is a brand new window regulator with motor and a plug and play direct fit part for the selected vehicle application. The inverted operation could have been a defective make among the many that was working fine. This should be a good part once you order today.

As per checking, we do not carry the window side tracks that holds the window glass in place inside the door.
