Hi Denny, thank you for reaching out. You don't usually need a wheel alignment when you replace the cv axle unless the vehicle needs it before the cv axle replacement. Some vehicles may need a wheel alignment, especially if the suspension components are disassembled/reassembled. We suggest you refer to a vehicle-specific repair manual for recommendations.
