Hi B Hudson, Glad to assist you. This front-end bumper kit fits the 2006 Toyota Tundra Base. It is incompatible with the Limited and SR5 submodels. You mentioned "plate slots," are you referring to the bumper ends or the reinforcement? The kit we have is only what comes with it. We do not have a special request for what parts can be included. Please confirm what submodel your truck has.
