My experience with this is that it has to do with warning you that you have to get a heat insulation pad for underneath your new carpet. So that the heat from the exhaust pipes, motor ect, The heat could activate the chemicals from the carpet! And needless to say in the summer the heat would feel like your feet are melting! 😆
