My throttle body was purchased 11/21 and started to fail as of today 4/26 I drive a constant 40 miles a day mostly freeway to work and up a mountain 7%grade I would say it lasted a good amount of time 5 years

No need to program, Ireplaced mine. I did however disconnect battery terminal before removing and reconnected after installing.

Hi Cameron, Yes, this has the throttle position sensor included already. The black portion with socket connector is where it is located as of the image shown.
