Your service was superb. The part is defective, locking and unlocking exactly 4 times before the unlock function broke. It still locks, opens when unlocked, but will not unlock. I don’t hold car parts accountable for this, it is the manafacturer. I did but two, let’s see if the second one is defective as well.

The keys don't match (different lock cylinders for each door) and nobody from customer service has responded to my email about resolving...wtf

Thanks for the review! Based on our records, one of our CS agents responded to your email regarding your concern. The response was sent to you on that same day. I checked the part you ordered and based on our catalog, for part no. SET-V462101, it was noted that the part will work for your vehicle. The keys included are 2. You have 2 keys because one key is for the passenger side and the other one is for the driver side. There are some keys which are not interchangeable depending on the make of your vehicle and the year it was built. Some Volkswagen have different mechanism for the driver and passenger side lock cylinders. Please refer to the email we sent you for further assistance.
