This part fits 1,000 x BETTER than the original tow hook cover for the car. It is firm, sits perfectly and not at all loose like the original was. I will still secure the cover with paint-safe clear tape, but that is an issue with the original Volvo design, not the fault of this part. Thank you, Carparts.com!

Part seemed good but fell out first dayRear Tow Eye Cover

Part fit perfect and was going to leave it black because I have brown and matched ok. Volvo quoted $200 for part and paint soon on that. 2 stars because it fell out and was lost again on my first trip out. Think this part was just bad design by Volvo in the first place so not your fault. Also I may have something else wrong, it seemed a snug fit but maybe I have something missing or broken that won't hold this part in place properly.
