Hi,
As per checking, this is not compatible. The one I saw matching your given vehicle application is RB604200, by Dorman brand which matches OEM factory original part number F58Z19E616A or XC2Z19E616AA. The details simply says MAIN blend door actuator. It does not say front or rear location (as of our supplier's online database).
Please check the marking or sticker label on the part you have and see if there is a part number that matches with what i mentioned here earlier.
