The compressor arrived on Friday, the dryer arrived in Tuesday and the expansion valve arrived on Wednesday.
All worked, but shipping because not shipped together delayed repairs.

Hi Allen, I'm glad to assist you. Yes, it is pre-filled with a certain amount of oil. But, manufacturers recommend draining the "shipping oil" and refilling with "proper PAG oil" upon installation. The other purpose of the added oil is to protect the compressor during its stay on the dealer's shelves, retailers' stores, and in the course of transport.
