The compressor arrived on Friday, the dryer arrived in Tuesday and the expansion valve arrived on Wednesday.
All worked, but shipping because not shipped together delayed repairs.

Hi Chris, I'm glad to help you out. Yes, this AC compressor is pre-oiled from the factory. Still, manufacturers recommend that you drain the “shipping oil” and refill with proper oil before installation. The purpose of the added oil is to protect the compressor during its stay on the dealers' shelves and in the course of transport.
