Hi Derrick, I'm glad to assist you. Yes. It is pre-filled with oil. But manufacturers recommend that you drain the "shipping oil" and refill with "proper PAG oil" (amount) upon installation. The other purpose of the added oil is to protect the compressor during its stay on the dealer's shelves, retailers' stores, and in the course of transport. It is guaranteed to fit the 2013 to 2018 Nissan Altima 2.5L. The fitment details say "recommend replacing a/c compressor harness, use 1712339 or VCS141C."
