Extremely disappointing service from Carparts (or lack thereof)Abs Control Module Oe Solutions Series

Ordered two parts. One was fine, but the other was the wrong part, so I had to ship it back. Of course, weeks later, I still have no refund and when you call to get status, you get someone who speaks English, but has such a thick accent it is very difficult to understand them. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, you are told there isn’t one and there is nothing they can do to help. Shocking in this day and age, but luckily, there are other companies to get parts from. Avoid Carparts like the plague!
