I have a 2013 and 2017 Honda accord, I had the problem with the lights on the dash lighting up, abs - traction - steering etc. I got it fixed on my Honda years ago for about $500. I saw a YouTube video this year when th same problem happened to my 2017 Honda and it was easy. Just unscrew the old part and plug in the new part. This time I saw a screw was missing that let water in and probably messed with the sensor. After putting it in, the lights were still on for a day. I thought I didn’t fix the problem but after a day the lights went away. So problem fixed for a $15 part

Took to the dealer we moved the front left sensor to the right and the right to the left (swapped them) the left was sending a signal that would drop now the right does it after changing them indicating a bad sensor. My abs does work but the switch for 4wd does not, until the signal is received correctly and the 4wd resets. So I’m confused when some say that it does not affect the 4wd if this part is bad. I ordered this today hoping then that the speed sensor is good which then shuts off the error code. Does this make sense and is this the right part?Roger B. / Jan 03, 2023

The speed sensor plays an important role in the operation of your vehicle's ABS and 4WD systems. If the sensor is sending incorrect information to the vehicle's computer, it can cause issues with these systems.
It sounds like you've already swapped the front speed sensors and found that the problem is still present, indicating that one of the sensors is indeed faulty. Replacing the speed sensor should resolve the issue with the ABS and 4WD lights, provided that the sensor is indeed the source of the problem.
If the ABS system is working, but the 4WD system is not, it's possible that there is another issue causing the 4WD system to not function properly. You may want to have a mechanic inspect the system to ensure that there are no other problems that need to be addressed.
If the new speed sensor does not resolve the problem with the ABS and 4WD lights, it may be a sign of a more serious issue and further diagnosis may be necessary.
