Hi,
This part is guaranteed to fit the 2012 Ford Focus All Submodels All Engines with active, Speed Control. Mounted ahead of the radiator, active grille shutters have motorized horizontal vanes that can rotate to block airflow. The ECM can control the pitch of the vanes to control the air passing through the radiator. Since it has been in the vehicle for 9 years, it is time to replace the grille shutters.
