I recently purchased air filters for my Mercedes GL350 BlueTec. Knowing that my BlueTec engine has 2 filters (one right & one left) the customer sales person told me I need 2 boxes. OK, I preseeded to buy 2 boxes.
Upon receipt of the shipment, I found that EACH box contains both filters (one left and one right), in other words, I was sold an extra set of filters. No worries, I will use them, however I am a bit disappointed that the sales person was unaware of the contents of one given box. May I suggest the staff receives better sales training or product knowledge? Otherwise: Happy New Year!!
