I installed this filter at about 90,000 miles in Acura TL, and am just coming up on my first 50,000 mile cleaning. I've been getting a very steady 30-31mpg highway during my commute, which is outstanding for this V6 car. I noticed lower RPMs at highway speeds, and a definite uptick in the fuel economy. I take good care of my TL, and this high-quality, well-made filter is an essential part.

On the 1999 Honda Accord, Ex, 3.0L V6, fuel mileage increased a little, but could not notice the HP change. Maybe we need to go to the Cool/Air K&N System, take all of that old factory stuff off the motor.
