Helps address turbo lag in Sonata 2.0TK N Performance Air Filter - Premium Lifetime, Washable, Replacement Filter - 33-2448

I'm a big K&N fan, so picking one of these up for my 2011 Sonata Limited 2.0T was typical. After driving the car in stop/go traffic with the stock filter, there is definitely some turbo lag present. The car is more than drivable, it's more of a small annoyance in really slow traffic. After installing the K&N there is definitely less turbo lag, improving drivability. Only time will tell on gas mileage and power improvements...

Bought the panel K&N filter for my new 2012 Sonata SE. It is the 2.4 engine. Since I have had many cars with K&N filters I have always seen a minor improvement or gain I could "feel" from all my previous experiences - like going up a steep hill by my house, etc.. Unfortunately with the Sonata, I could not feel a thing, no difference at all, also no measureable difference in fuel economy either. I guess the stock paper filter is pretty good.
Don't expect any performance or mileage gain. But you don't have to ever replace it and that is worth something.
