Claim service - When you truly can evaluate a CompanyAir Filter

How do you rate a company? Well, after my 40+ years in the wholesale business, I believe I have the credentials to rate CarParts' credibility and service level! Where am I going with this you ask? Easy! I purchased some air filters for one of my cars. One filter arrived damaged, in spite of the shipping box being intact. When I called CarParts to file a claim, the employee I spoke with was extremely pleasant and he took charge of the situation without any hick-ups! He is ordering a replacement filter to be sent to me ASAP, and he even provided a return-label, enabling me to return the defective filter at CarParts' expense. Now THAT is what I call service!

This one looks differentAir Filter

The Mann filters are excellent for the most part. Occasionally, you get one that doesn't look exactly like the last and it makes you feel a little uncertain about using it. For example, this one is called the Orange when you order it. The first one I ordered was in fact, orange. This one came and it looks pink on one end. I hope it is the same as the other as that one was perfect in performance, price, and fit.
Often, the parts come with a diagram to fit them... this one does not
