So the part i ordered became defective within a year; during my emissions (inspection) I was told I have to replace the part. I was frustrated because by the time I called about the replacement part - it was maybe 5-7 days past the one year warranty policy. I explained this to the representative on the phone who escalated the issue and I was able to get another part. The part has been on my car for a couple of weeks now and theres been no check engine light yet. I shipped back the old part and found the whole process smooth.

Question: i have a 2007 chevy cobalt and the check engine light is on and is indicating that the 02 sensor below threshhold on bank 2 is bad and the air pump is either needing to be replaced or valve is stuck open is the the right kind of air pump and how can you tell if its just a valve thats stuck open???mindy C. / Mar 26, 2023
