I purchased the air springs to compensate for inadequate OEM springs in a used 3/4 ton truck that I bought for pulling trailers. The install took 4-5 hours total, though I was in my shop so I was taking my time. It does require drilling through the frame, but with a sharp bit a hand-held electric drill does the job okay (just watch your wrists if it grabs). The instructions were good and all the necessary pieces were provided. The air hookup was the easiest part. A nice feature is that the ride can be adjusted for load (I just add or drain air at the valves, vs. investing in the optional on-board pump and control). All in all, a good value and, for me, a better option than adding steel springs.

Add indicates 2 hour install, it took me about 3 1/2 hours, but I can't move as well as I use to. Installed on my 91 F-150 short bed standard cab for hauling firewood and towing 5th wheel travel trailer. Truly like the ability to adjust side to side height, I installed a cross connect valve so I can adjust both at the same time or close it for uneven load weight side to side. I do have after market tires and wheels so be sure to check your clearance from frame to tire. Great Product!!!!!I also use on board compressor and Air flask for remote adjustment...Enjoy!
