So far the part has been excellent.. Installed on 2009 Pontiac G8 GT. No one has the factory GM alternator. Most G8 owners say only use the GM alternator..That wasn't an option.. I'm praying this one holds up, fingers crossed. The new alternator came well packaged and installed just like factory..
