The new part is great, but cannot get my refund for the wrong part I ordered

Hello all, I loved how this alternator actually had a QR code that gave you a support line. Itsike triple A but for your alternator. The application was with help of a you tube video.. Once i took the reservoir tank out of place and removed the drive belt the job was done within 20 minutes.
