Great Price; Nice Alternator - works great...Smooth order process, quick ship - a little clumsy on the Chat line for the core charge refund - took 35 minutes on the chat line, too many lapses between comments on their side. Should have taken at worst 10 minutes. But I am satisfied and Will order again no problem
