Product was good! My husband has a friend with a garage & he installed it. It was difficult but only because of where it was located on the vehicle, not any problem with the part. Took care of the problem he was having with his Tribute!

very well verse in the good product very happy with it.
customer service is very helpfull.
the instalation of this alternator is very dificult but it has nothing to do with the product but with the vehicle manufacturer .
