Hi Rick,
If that happens, you will have to call our sales hotline(1-866-529-0412) and ask to be transferred to returns Department. Then, returns would update you of the details and email you an RMA return email giving the address where you have to ship the defective part back to our warehouse. You will be consequently be refunded or a replacement would be sent to you depending on availability by that time it occurs.
