Horrible Return ProcessAlternator, 102 Amp, New, Qb Supreme

Very upsetting experience due to packaged not being cancelled and company taking my money & not refunding me even after I emailed previously for cancellation. Also, customer service line is invalid and no other customer service representative has taken the time to reach out to assist me, therefore I had to go to the US Post Office & pay $50 to return the delivered part which was not needed. No return packing slip was given. Not too mention company taxes & charges a good amount for shipping which is also no refundable. It’s been one headache after another. I really hope they fix this issue for future business endeavors, as for me, I will no longer be supporting this business organization.
