Question: Will this correct maximum adapt long shift code?Missyg / Jan 01, 2021
Hi Melissa,
If you’re experiencing transmission solenoid troubles, it will become evident in one of four ways:
1. Delayed gear shifting
2. You can’t downshift, and your engine continues to rev even when applying the brakes
3. Your transmission gets stuck in neutral
4. Shifting gears become rough and choppy
Still, for best results, we recommend referring to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for details about troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair and install procedures. Also, it is best to consult your trusted local auto repair shop or dealership for this as well if you need to.

Question: Is this the part that controls if the car will come out of park?Rhoda M. / Jul 29, 2020
Hello! It's one of several parts that control your automatic transmission. They are very tough to diagnose, so I recommend having a certified technician provide a list of parts that would need to be replaced.
