Fit great with my 18 Audi A4. The parts are not EXACTLY the same, some small outer differences (but it did not affect the fitment) Both the 6 holes and lugnut side fit perfectly in place. It comes with TWO plastic pieces inside to prevent the grease from leaking out. Be sure to remove both after fitting in place and before attaching lugnut.
