Hi Raymond,
The dimension I got is with a compressed length of 26.0625 inches. Still, this is a direct fit part for a 2002 to 2006 Honda CR-V, all Submodels, all engines fitment.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Fri, Mar 26I can't measure it as it is already installed on the Car. However the fit was perfect didn't have to get an alignment and it runs true. I did a side by side comparison of the new part to the old part and everything lined up perfectly including the length. If there was a difference is was not noticeable.
